Presented to the Chapter having the most outstanding all around program, including civic service for the Portland Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children.

number of Blue Honor Key recipients during the preceding calendar year.
Leadership Award

Presented to the Chapter who has the greatest number of members successfully completing the most LCC’s during the preceding calendar year.

members receiving the Representative DeMolay Award during the preceding

Presented to the Advisor who, in the opinion
of the DeMolay members, has demonstrated those special qualities of Advisory
