There are four major web utilities designed for Oregon DeMolay officers, staff and advisors. Various levels of access are granted to individuals based on their need by the Web Director. This page is to provide access to those utilities from one place. For more information or access, direct requests to office@oregondemolay.org.
Electronic Calendar: All advisors, staff and state officers can add events to the electronic calendar. IDs and Passwords have been distributed and are readily available from office@oregondemolay.org. Any DeMolay event can and should be added. Masonic Family events of general interest to DeMolays may also be added. Corrections or deletions, if you have not been given an edit password, can also be directed to office@oregondemolay.org.
Edit: Various pages of this site are editable through a browser using the csPublisher utility. Chapter advisors have or can obtain access to their chapter's information page to maintain officer lists, addresses, add event notices, etc. Direct requests to office@oregondemolay.org. The State Webmaster maintains News and Events, location of Galloping Gavel, main page links, event photo pages and other pages through this utility.
Files: State officers and others needing to share files such as digital photos or large documents, are issued IDs and Passwords for the files utility: csFileshare.
Webmail: Any individual with a mailbox on the Oregon DeMolay domain can access his or her mail through Outlook or similar POP3 utilities or through the Webmail utility.
Forms Editor: Available for authorized users only, this utility provides for online form generation supporting secure forms.
